Astrid & Her Amazing "Gone For The Moment" - Adventure

So yes, Astrid is out, infecting people in the Czech Republic with her smile. She’ll be back when the time is right and the money gone. Now go and buy the big bottle of Tabasco!

    Dear Astrid:
    I like the amazing stories of your life, which i found linked on QuotidianLight's blog. You sound cheerful, which i am not, and creative, which i am. It's nice to read about life in the Netherlands, which i hope to visit when i travel the world (hopefully sometime soon, but probably years after i write lots of children's books and receive roayalties).

    "When you're smiling, when you're smiling the whole world smiles with you!!!!"
    I had to sing that in 6th grade for a music concert. It always made me laugh. But we changed the lyrics to "When you're farting the whole world farts with you!" Oh bless the minds of children!

    You know something? Those lyrics go great will the melody of the song "Ask me no more questions, I'll tell you no more lies"

    And now I'll be humming that melody all day and night. And you know what? That melody always makes me smile. So does a good burp come to think of it. And believe me us dogs can burp. I particularly like to burp when a human puts their face next to mine to cuddle. Hey, the thought of that makes me smile too.
